YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via dtdc. aramex with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, will select courier automatically as per your delivery address service by courier.

Domestic shipping is free, where as COD charges are extra, also International shipping charges will applicable as per your order. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return & Refund policy

Product will return / refund / exchange only in such circumstances, when it found that it is damage in transit / wrong product dispatched, other than shown on website, in such cases customer have to send us photo snap of damage / wrong product with in 24 hrs from time of order receiving , after given time duration claim will not entertain, its sole right of “SMCBazaar” to accept or deny the refund / exchange of products, conclusion will final after case study by team & will clear within 7 working days. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 20mins after placing the order if he/she wish to.
